About our clientWe are working on an exciting opportunity with a global private investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to expand their team at the associate level to join their GP Stakes investment team. This team invests into private markets GPs, which means making a minority investment into the actual firm.What the job involvesProactively source and evaluate investment opportunities in GP stakes across multiple strategies and geographiesConduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarkingPrepare investment memos, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholdersProvide regular updates to senior management on investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market outlookWho we are looking forYou will have a Bachelors, and/or Masters, degree from a top-tier UniversityExperience from a top-tier investment bank in M&AStrong analytical and financial modelling abilities is required alongside the ability to present and communicate effectivelyThe ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
