This HRBP role will work across multiple business units and be able to have a real impact on the direction of their Australian operations. Job Description This role will involve entire employee lifecycle management, including but not limited to:
- End-to-end management of internal ER matters and contributing to IR negotiations.
- Providing guidance on performance management processes and succession planning.
- Facilitating employee development initiatives and training programs.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all business stakeholders.
- Managing the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-quality talent.
- Analysing HR metrics to inform business decisions.
- Experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
