The Role: Our Brandon Rural Store is seeking a new Branch Administrator / Customer Service Officer. The primary purpose of this position is to assist with the day-to-day running of the office; the completion of stock control and administrative tasks required by the store. Your main responsibilities will include:
    • Answer phone calls & email enquiries and directing them to the relevant person
    • Managing inbound and outbound mail
    • Cash handling, daily banking & reconciliation
    • Stock ordering, receivals, transfers & inventory control
    • Stock requisitions liaising with LR Purchasing Department
    • Stocktake & stock reconciliation in line with inspection schedule
    • Creating transport consignments & pallet control
    • Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
    About You: To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
    • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
    • Prior administration and data entry experience
    • Positive attitude, great communication skills with the willingness to learn
    • Good organisation and planning skills
    • The ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
