Qualifications Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:

• Advising employees, supervisors, and managers on administrative program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyzing and resolving problems involving administrative management systems, processes, or procedures.
• Preparing briefing materials for and attending formal and informal meetings.
• Providing guidance or direction to others within and outside of the organization.
• Forming the basis of budget and program resource requests and decisions.
