- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and teams with a client-first approach.
- Industry Expertise : Strong understanding of M&A and a proven track record in sell-side transactions.
- Collaborative Nature : A personable and team-oriented professional who thrives in a flat organisational structure.
