About the Role As an M&A Director, you’ll take the lead on managing sell-side transactions while mentoring and developing a high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving client success and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead M&A advisory transactions, primarily sell-side, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding client outcomes.
  • Develop and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering their growth and success.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process.
  • Collaborate closely with approachable, highly talented Managing Directors, contributing to the firm’s continued success.
  • Drive innovative deal strategies for clients across industries.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience : 10+ years in corporate finance, with at least 5 years in M&A lead advisory roles.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and teams with a client-first approach.
  • Industry Expertise : Strong understanding of M&A and a proven track record in sell-side transactions.
  • Collaborative Nature : A personable and team-oriented professional who thrives in a flat organisational structure.
  • Global Perspective : Candidates with experience in similar markets (UK, US, Hong Kong, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
