The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Ensuring proper housekeeping of the stores and work areas.
• Daily and monthly stock counts and investigating variances.
• Receiving stock from suppliers.
• Issuing and recording stock issued.
• Maintaining 20 Keys.
• Complying with HACCP Standards, FSSC, and Allergen Management Procedures.
• Recording goods received vouchers.
• Assisting Buyer.
• Expediting and doing call offs on stock ordered.
• Managing shelf life of products and ingredients.

• Matric.
• Store qualification or 3 years’ experience.
• Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Above average numerical skills.
• Computer literate.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Effective time management.
• Team player.
• Willingness to work overtime and on public holidays.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
