As part of our ongoing recruitment process, we are building a CV pool for future opportunities in the Front of House - F&B department at Six Flags Qiddiya City.If you have experience in the food and beverage industry and are interested in joining our team, please submit your CV along with a cover letter specifying your areas of expertise and the type of role you are interested in.Key responsibilities:Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfactionGreet and seat guests in the dining areaTake orders and serve food and beveragesProvide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiriesHandle cash transactions and process paymentsMaintain cleanliness and presentability of the dining areaCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order deliveryAdhere to food safety and hygiene standardsAssist in inventory management and restocking of suppliesHandle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional mannerRequirements:Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a front of house roleExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic math skills for cash handlingFood safety and hygiene certification is a plus
