The firm works mostly with corporate and commercial businesses, handling Liquidations, Repossessions, Corporate Contracts, Labour Law, Commercial Litigation, and assisting Pharmaceutical companies with Intellectual property law. They are seeking a well-experienced Corporate, Commercial, and Litigation Attorney who can work independently. The firm generates a lot of work, so it is not necessary for this person to bring in their own clients, but any new business is welcomed.Desired Experience & QualificationQualificationsLaw Degree. Admitted Attorney.SkillsCandidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans. 5-10+ Post-Admission experience as an Attorney. Confident and capable of managing own files from instruction to completion. Corporate/Commercial and Litigation experience required. Exceptional communication skills. Reliable and competent.
