Job Description (Summary)
The Brand and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives, developing new business opportunities, managing campaigns, and building lasting relationships with clients. The role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of brand positioning in a competitive market.
Strategic Leadership
Develop, implement, and evolve marketing strategies for the company and its upcoming launch.
Lead the strategic development of marketing initiatives for the brand portfolio.
Provide thought leadership by developing systems, processes, and tools for achieving business goals.
Development of Key Strategic Projects
Lead the development of the social connections’ strategy, integrating creative ideas across media platforms (Owned/Earned/Shared/Paid).
Identify new expansion opportunities and develop campaigns to deliver on them.
Implementation
Oversee the implementation of marketing projects across multiple platforms (web, social, mobile, offline).
Ensure long-term competitive advantage by managing costs and maintaining strong agency relationships.
Drive awareness through new channels, campaigns, and proactive marketing activities.
Develop and evaluate new marketing ideas and work closely with agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
Prepare promotional materials and presentations.
Manage online content for the website, blogs, and social media accounts.
Organize and attend promotional events and campaigns to ensure successful execution.
Build trusting relationships by communicating directly with clients.
Reporting
Ensure timely delivery of project reports with actionable insights.
Deliver comprehensive reports on media message management, social listening, competitor analysis, and after-action reviews.
Develop KPIs for campaigns and track progress.
Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to drive customer engagement.
Engage with local and global stakeholders, including operations, product, support, and policy teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand and marketing management, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
