Job Responsibilities: Support Sales team/Customer on logistics work, understand order processing, monitor shipments, oversee factory operations, and manage the movement of items. Ensure on-time delivery, manage shipment re-route/cancellation, address discrepancies and damage, and troubleshoot shipping documentation issues. Troubleshoot and analyze discrepancies by 3PL, discuss system disputes with CSR, and resolve data errors. Maintain master expense data and inbound transaction data with constant updates. Consolidate 3PL expense invoices, verify relevant charges, and submit for payment approval. Analyze past expense data and provide monthly pre-closing reports. Requirements: Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics. At least 8 years of experience in the relevant industry. Knowledge of customs regulations.
