Our client, a leading UAE-based group of companies specializing in premium automotive products and services, is seeking an experienced Upholstery Supervisor to lead their upholstery team in Dubai.

Role Overview:

As an Upholstery Supervisor, you will oversee the installation, repair, and customization of vehicle interiors, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. You will manage a team of technicians, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the upholstery team, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.
Oversee tasks such as seat repairs, leather replacements, dashboard restoration, and headliner customization.
Inspect and prepare vehicles for interior work.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
Train and guide team members to enhance skills and maintain high standards.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive upholstery, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in automotive interiors.
Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Only candidates currently located in the UAE will be considered.
