The Club's membership is a growing community of like-minded, diverse and dynamic people, all hailing from different cultures and sectors, from the region and further afield.A lifestyle for our members.The Club provides its members with a home away from home: a sanctuary for those seeking comfort, hospitality and elegance, with a level of quality, service and attention to detail that will leave them wanting for nothing.The Arts Club Dubai unveils an amazing opportunity for a talented artisan to join our passionate and creative team.The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overlooking an overall daily restaurant operation, assisting with menu planning and presentation, and supporting servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. He/she will be acting as one of the service team during operation, ensuring an efficient and consistent service. Additionally, he/she will train and mentor the service team, continually improving set up standards and procedures.WHAT WILL YOU DOManage and oversee the entire restaurant operation including Lounge area, by providing a highly efficient and effective service whilst ensuring that all financial and statutory requirements are metPlan new and update existing food and beverage menus while working closely with respective department headsEstimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventoryPlan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy, and implement innovative policies to improve productivity and salesEnsure to maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility, by controlling costs without compromising standards and the members and guests experienceCreate and maintain daily and weekly reports including cash up, rota, summaries, manager logs, etc.Monitor operations and initiate corrective actionsSupervise the team, and make sure that the correct standards and methods of service and food and beverage presentation are maintained throughoutWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMinimum 5 years' experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurantExcellent level of English, written and spokenGood knowledge of Food and Beverage products, trends and servicesHave strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibilityExcellent team management, communication and listening skillsDemonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentialityHave the ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyaltyAbility to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of timeTHE BENEFITSThe Arts Club Dubai is offering a competitive and attractive remuneration and benefits package.
