Job Title: Clinical Data Management and Study Collaboration Lead Location: [Vapi] (This job includes travel) Department: AI Diagnostics in Imaging Techniques Reports To: [Head Clinical Data management] Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Data Management and Study Collaboration Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing clinical data and leading collaborative studies focused on AI diagnostics in imaging techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data management, a deep understanding of AI applications in medical imaging, and excellent leadership and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of clinical data. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and implement data management plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Study Collaboration: Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in collaborative studies. Foster partnerships with academic institutions, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders. Manage study timelines, budgets, and deliverables. AI Diagnostics in Imaging: Collaborate with AI and imaging teams to integrate AI diagnostics into clinical workflows. Evaluate and validate AI algorithms for diagnostic accuracy and efficiency. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and imaging technologies. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all clinical studies comply with local and international regulations. Prepare and submit regulatory documents and reports. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines. Leadership and Training: Mentor and train junior staff in data management and study collaboration. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and industry events. Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Clinical Data Management, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. PhD preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management and study collaboration. Proven track record in managing clinical studies and data in a healthcare or research setting. Experience with AI applications in medical imaging is highly desirable. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
