Designation: Manager, Partnerships Location: Hyderabad Reporting To: Director, Strategic Partnerships Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing our portfolio of strategic partnerships. This role requires a strong blend of business development, relationship management, and strategic thinking. The Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and nurturing partnerships that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities: Identify and Acquire New Partnerships:
- Research and identify potential partners that align with the company's goals and values.
- Develop a strategic approach to engage and attract new partners.
- Initiate and lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Foster strong relationships with current and potential partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with partners.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the health and growth of partnerships.
- Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement partnership programs.
- Create and manage joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and other collaborative projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.
- Regularly track and report on the performance of partnerships against established KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Use industry knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration models.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key metrics.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
