Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models, algorithms, and AI systems for large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Architect end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to extract meaningful insights from diverse data sets.
- Leverage advanced tools and frameworks like TensorFlow , PyTorch , scikit-learn , Keras , Hugging Face , and Spark MLlib to build scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical solutions using state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques.
- Deploy models on cloud platforms like AWS Sagemaker , Azure ML , or Google AI Platform and manage them in production environments.
- Ensure robust model performance through validation, testing, and hyperparameter optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and contribute to developing best practices and innovative methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Data Science , Statistics , or a related field; PhD preferred for senior roles.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and scaling.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python , R , Java , or Scala , with strong experience in libraries such as NumPy , Pandas , and Matplotlib .
- Expertise in working with big data technologies like Hadoop , Spark , or Kafka .
- Solid understanding of cloud ecosystems ( AWS , Azure , GCP ) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes .
- Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), or time-series analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps practices, version control tools (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
