Responsibilities
- Define project score goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets to track progress and allocate resources accordingly
- Monitor and report project progress risks and issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team stakeholders and leadership
- Conduct weekly project progress meeting and supply inputs to Steerco
- Proven experience 5- 8 years as IT project manager managing complex projects in a technology driven environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies like Agile scrum waterfall
- Track record of leading testing team and tools
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Solid organization and time management abilities with keen attention to detail and ability to priorities multitask in fast paced environment
- Experience in managing project budgets resources and timelines to achieve project objectives
- Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle
- A certified project manager will be added advantage
