Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Care Representative (Vehicle Breakdown): Job Responsibilities: Carry out daily vehicle detailing operations, including the delivery of open rentals, replacement vehicles, and the return of rental vehicles, ensuring professionalism at all times. Issue replacement vehicles when necessary; in cases where a replacement is not available, coordinate with the traffic team to arrange alternate transportation, such as a colleague's pickup or taxi service. Perform rotational breakdown vehicle duties and carry out on-site repairs, including minor tasks such as replacing tires and batteries. Carry out ad-hoc detailing tasks as assigned. Attend job training as provided to improve skills and operational knowledge. Job Requirements: Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Capable of performing basic repairs, including changing tires and jump-starting vehicles. Willingness to work rotational 24/7 breakdown shift duties. Relevant experience in the car rental industry is advantageous.
