Quality Assurance Specialist (Aviation Industry + TS 16949)

5 days work week Location: North Job Scope: Take charge of our Integrated Management System, ensuring processes are documented, owned, and regularly improved. Lead internal audits by preparing schedules, conducting audits, reporting findings, and implementing corrective actions. Investigate non-conformances, pinpoint root causes, and implement effective solutions to enhance operational quality. Oversee compliance with QHSE standards, ensuring alignment with industry and customer requirements. Manage document control systems, keeping records accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with regulatory needs. Conduct internal training to ensure the team stays ahead in aviation-related standards and practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and report quality metrics, driving data-driven decisions. Lead quality investigations, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate key findings to management. Job Requirement: A Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably in Quality Engineering. At least 2 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience in the aviation industry. Proficiency with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949) and statistical tools. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
