The Technology Operations Executive is responsible for maintaining and managing critical client's systems, ensuring 24/7 service availability. Responsibilities: Batch Service Management Oversee daily batch processing on mainframe and distributed systems Monitor job failures and coordinate with Application Teams on the resolution Maintain operational logs and documentation System Maintenance Perform regular backups for DB2, DBC, and AS400 systems Monitor mainframe systems, job queues, and performance metrics Diagnose and resolve hardware issues and system errors Monitor facility systems and manage access control Ensure compliance with security policies Manage server rack key distribution and collection Disaster Recovery Participate in system maintenance and disaster recovery tests Execute recovery procedures as needed Requirements: Able to work in Data Centre in Singapore to access the equipment required to perform the duties Relevant working experience in IT operations, job scheduling Experience with mainframe systems, particularly IBM Workload Scheduler Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment Ability to perform 12-hour shift duty including nights, weekends, and holidays.
