Devise and participate in children's fun activities. Conduct general routine maintenance and cleaning duties around the children's play area to ensure it meets the required standards of cleanliness, security, and Health and Safety.Responsibilities:Supervise young children and ensure a safe and secure environment.Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.Ensure that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy.Provide great customer service at all levels.Respond quickly and efficiently in critical or emergency situations.Interact with the children and participate with enthusiasm in their fun activities.Take on administrative tasks to deliver services.Escalate any risks/issues to the supervisor.Share ideas/suggestions for increasing footfall.Engage in up-selling and suggestive selling.Possess knowledge of technical requirements/maintenance.Experience & Skill Requirements:Previous 1 year of supervisory experience working with children aged 4 to 12 years.Engaging with kids at work.Happy and smiling nature.Ability to use Point of Sale (POS) software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Training Certificate (Attendant soft play area).Advanced English language skills (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage).Must be flexible to work on weekends/holidays and extend if needed.Education & Training Requirements:Any graduate with experience.Soft Skills and Personality traits: Enthusiastic, creative, good communicator, positive, happy, team player, responsible, hardworking, flexible.Must have previous experience interacting with children.Self-starter and self-motivated; thrives in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.Lots of positive energy; respectful of diversity; patient and empathetic; friendly.Interest and enthusiasm for working with children and families.Ability to work with diverse staff and visitors.
