What you’ll be working on: Microsoft 365 Administration Manage M365 user accounts throughout employee lifecycle (including new account creation, updating job titles, departments and reporting lines, and account deactivation for departed employees). Ensure appropriate user permissions access based on job roles and business needs (not limited to shared mailbox access management, Microsoft Teams access management, Confluence access management, etc.). Troubleshoot software system issues and liaise with IT for technical resolution as needed. Data Security and Compliance Implement and monitor data security policies and controls such as password policies, multifactor authentication, role-based access. Perform regular audits to ensure both compliance with data security regulations and the accuracy of employee data. Identify and address vulnerabilities or potential risks in data management, making sure corrective actions are taken promptly. Leadership and Training Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HRIS team members. Train HR staff and other users on effective Microsoft 365 and other implemented software systems utilization. Develop training materials, user guides, and resources to enhance system adoption. Project and Stakeholder Management Lead projects related to Microsoft 365 enhancements and implementations of any other potential software systems that meets business needs. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to meet project objectives, timelines and ensure system effectiveness. What we’re looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant field. Minimum of 2-3 years working experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar roles. Prior experience in Microsoft 365 and Jira shall be advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on data accuracy and security compliance. Strong analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements.
