Roles & Responsibilities: Assist with the Company Safety Management System's implementation activities, such as creating fleet alerts and manuals. Implementing and setting up internal and external audits and inspections, such as ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO, for offices and fleet vessels. Fleet analysis and KPI monitoring for the objectives of health, safety, environment, and quality. Quarterly and annual review meeting secretariat. Assemble the official minutes, documents, and agenda. Assist in overseeing shore personnel and boats for the Charterer's Vetting Inspection (TMSA Audit & SIRE Inspection plans). As directed by the responsible division, support all paperwork and activities related to various HSEQ office responsibilities and projects. Requirements: Preference is given to those with prior experience managing ship management responsibilities. A bachelor's degree is the ideal qualification. More than 2 years working experience, ideally in HSE function. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, BI, and AI tools; proficiency with Microsoft Access. Upbeat, focused on providing excellent service, driven, meticulous, and a good team player. Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English. Outstanding and quick documentation ability.
