PA Cum Local Sales & Import/Export Trade
We are seeking an experienced PA Cum Local Sales & Import/Export Trade to join our team at Hong Cheng Seafood Supplies Sdn Bhd in Parit Buntar, Perak. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial administrative and sales support function, assisting our leadership team in the day-to-day operations of the business. Job Description- Handling a variety of administrative tasks and secretarial support to the Marketing Director.
- Assisting with local sales and import/export trade activities, including order processing, customer liaison, and documentation management.
- Identifying and cultivating new sales leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals with both local and international clients.
- Managing the import and export of seafood products, including coordinating logistics, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer information, and import/export transactions.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Working as a Translator with good written and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar PA or administrative support role, ideally within the import/export or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
- Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation, as well as experience in a sales support role.
