Background Information Our Client is a leading leader in the Aviation Industry and they are looking for vibrant individuals to be a part of their team! Job Duties Attending to customer enquiries on Rewards Program, feedback and membership account servicing across all channels Be the first contact and primary interface between all relevant stakeholders & maintain ownership of interactions throughout the lifecycle Identify and escalate issues when required Communicate effectively with clients and intermediaries to ensure a satisfactory resolution of the cases/complaints within a reasonable timeline Review and enhance work processes with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Minimum GCE O Level with 2 - 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in contact center Candidates with retail customer service experience will be highly preferred Resourceful, possess good communication & inter-personal skills Proactive and attentive to details Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment Other Information Salary Up to $2800 (Inclusive Incentives) Working hours 9am to 9pm (Shift, 2 days work, 2 days off) Interested applicants, please email to jasmine_tay@p-serv.com.sg or WhatsApp to 98266796.
