Job description: We are currently looking for a meticulous and well-organized individual to join our team in the position of Associate, Systems & Knowledge Management Administrator. In this capacity, you will assume a pivotal role in supporting our division's data management efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass various crucial tasks including meticulous handling of digital systems within AES, compiling reports on the systems, maintaining the organization of our division's documentation filing system, upholding the current status of our divisional web portal, overseeing the document change process, and contributing assistance in the consolidation of operational data for the formulation of monthly operational performance reports. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of system reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly); Maintenance of the existing digital systems; Review the systems in place for administrative processes to move towards automation; Assist in the divisional budgeting and cost controls; Assist in managing the divisional staff allowance and sponsorship claims between multiple stakeholders; Maintain the Division's documentation filing system; Maintain the divisional web portal for documentation currency; Manage the divisional document change process; Assist in the operational data consolidation and preparation of monthly operational performance reports. Requirements: Minimum Diploma holder, Systems Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business Digitalisation or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Digitally savvy and willing to learn new digital tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate. Prior experience with programming languages like Python and HTML is advantageous. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Familiarity and prior experience with procurement systems, such as Sesami and SAP, would be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
