For contact details, please refer below: Responsibilities: Identify New Opportunities Research and identify potential markets, industries, and strategic partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives. Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and feasibility studies to inform and support business case development. Strategic Planning Develop and refine business development strategies to achieve the company’s growth targets and objectives. Create, present, and communicate comprehensive business proposals and strategic plans to senior management. Project Management Lead and manage business development projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and actively track and report on progress. Identify potential project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve any challenges or issues that arise. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to foster long-term collaboration and growth. Financial Management Prepare and manage budgets for business development projects, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources. Analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Requirements: Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in business development, project management, or a related role. Proven experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. Demonstrated experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong expertise in market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
