In this role, you will craft compelling product descriptions, conduct thorough product research, and perform data entry tasks to ensure our e-commerce platforms provide an engaging and accurate shopping experience. Your work will directly impact customer engagement and sales performance across our portfolio of brands.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Copywriting:Write clear, concise, and engaging product descriptions optimized for e-commerce platforms.Highlight unique selling points and align messaging with the brand's tone of voice.Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to ensure consistency in product presentation.Product Research:Research products, competitors, and industry trends to inform copy and product positioning.Gather and analyze information to develop accurate, informative, and persuasive content.Data Entry and Management:Input and update product details, specifications, and keywords in content management systems (CMS).Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and formatted for various e-commerce platforms.Proofread and edit product descriptions to ensure error-free content.Conduct periodic audits of product listings to maintain consistency and accuracy.RequirementsExperience & Skills:2+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or related roles.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or others is a plus.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English.Proficiency in using spreadsheets, CMS platforms, and project management tools.Knowledge:Basic understanding of Ecommerce SEO principles and best practices.Ability to research and synthesize information effectively.Personal Attributes:High attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
