Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Industry Expert with experience across Courier and 3PL players to lead our solution initiatives in the logistics sector. Experience: Operational Excellence: Developed and implemented strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through process re engineering and optimization techniques.Project Management: Led and managed multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of results.Data Analysis: Utilized data analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in logistics operations.Process Reengineering : Designed processes for First Mile, Last Mile & Middle Mile operations for IT system developmentBest Practices: Understanding of industry best practices for operational processes, service quality improvementKPI: Understanding of lead and outcome KPIs for logistics operationsShop floor experience : 2 - 3 years of core operations experience in Hub & Spoke , Linehaul, FM /LM management is preferredQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in engineeringExperience: Minimum 12 - 15 years of experience in the Logistics sector across Courier and 3PL players.
