They've got an outstanding ability to find solutions and carry out testing in a purely digital environment. Those data-driven experts know that better people and machines are the most effective way of managing compliance and conduct risks.We're looking for Business Compliance Manager who'll be responsible for advising our business on compliance requirements, related controls, and testing of these controls. Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingReading large pieces of regulation, breaking down regulatory requirements, and understanding how those apply to RevolutAdvising the business on compliance requirements and related controlsDeveloping, implementing, and testing controls and proceduresWorking closely with global Regulatory Compliance and Risk Managers to ensure risk frameworks and processes align with global ones and deliver the intended outcomeLiaising with key internal (Legal, Risk, etc.) and external (regulators, advisors, vendors, partners, etc.) stakeholders as requiredWhat You'll NeedThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementationThe ability to communicate effectively with members of various internal and external stakeholdersMultitasking skills with close attention to detailThe ability to demonstrate sound judgementExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience in compliance risk management within a compliance function or a regulator, or expertise demonstrated through consulting experienceExperience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex dataBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
