About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Communication Specialist with expertise in Adoption and Change Management (ACM) projects. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies to drive successful adoption of new technologies and organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will work both as an individual contributor and as a leader of a content creation team, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.What you'll do:Communication Strategy DevelopmentDesign and implement tailored communication strategies that align with the goals of ACM projects.Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and leadership to identify communication needs, key messages, and target audiences.Develop detailed communication plans, including timelines, objectives, and metrics for success.Content Creation and Team LeadershipLead a content creation team to develop high-quality materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, videos, and digital assets.Write, edit, and approve content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational branding.Serve as an individual contributor to create compelling content, particularly for high-priority or sensitive communications.Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to understand their communication requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on effective communication practices to promote change and adoption.Campaign ManagementExecute multi-channel communication campaigns to engage employees, build awareness, and encourage participation in ACM initiatives.Monitor campaign performance and gather feedback to refine messaging and strategies.Training and SupportCollaborate with training teams to integrate communication efforts with training programs, ensuring employees have access to the resources they need.Provide coaching and support to team members and stakeholders to enhance communication effectiveness.Measurement and ReportingDefine and track communication KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.Prepare and present reports to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.What you'll bring:Experience5+ years of experience in communication roles, with a focus on adoption and change management projects.Proven expertise in designing and executing communication strategies for large-scale organizational changes.Experience leading content creation teams and managing multi-channel communication campaigns.Technical KnowledgeFamiliarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR (Prosci) or equivalent methodologies.Proficiency in using enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) and other digital communication platforms.Soft SkillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and communication channels.Analytical mindset for evaluating campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.EducationBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field.
