Position: Company Secretary(immediate Joiner)Qualification: CSExperience: 6 months to 1 year Location: Kandivali Reports To: TL / Partner Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.Manage and maintain company records, including statutory registers, resolutions, and minutes of meetings.File necessary forms, returns, and applications with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and other statutory bodiesDraft minutes of meetings and resolutions to ensure accurate record-keepingSecretarial and Administrative DutiesCorporate GovernanceKnowledge of FEMA, FCGPR, FCTRS, FLA, are good to haveSupport the team during fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring activities.Qualifications and Skills:Educational Qualification: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance roles in private limited companies.Skills:Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and corporate governance norms.Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in using MCA portal and compliance tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.Key Competencies:Ethical conduct and integrity.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization.Exposure to diverse responsibilities across legal, compliance, and corporate governance.Collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.5 Day a week PRB
