Job Specifications:Position Title:- Planning & MonitoringLocation:- Pan IndiaQualification: - Graduate/ Master in Civil/ Mechanical EngineeringYrs of Exp.: 5+ Years of experiencePreferred Industries:- Water/ WTP/ STP/ Solar/ industrial/ PipelineProject Planning :1. Prepare the project plan (tasks scheduling & sequencing) in Primavera or MS-Projects2. Preparing work schedules by incorporating dependencies with equipment supplier, erection agency, testing and commissioning team3. Monitor productivity and resource management for Projects4. Preparation of detailed schedule from Bill of Quantities and monitoring5. Coordinate with the engineering and procurement department regarding the interfacing of construction activities and Material & Equipment availability.Project Execution Plan, Zero Cost, Job Cost Report, Project ScheduleResource Management1. Ensure material & equipment availability as per the project plan2. Optimize levels of inventory of all items, especially A & B class items3. Eliminate instances of work stoppage (or delay) due to lack of resources / material availability4. Develop alternate vendors for critical items in coordination with Purchase5. Identify, develop & empanel vendors for project level / local purchasesMonitoring & Controls1. Review & monitor project progress on a regular basis and define corrective action for schedule & cost adherence2. Prepare & circulate daily progress report, weely / monthly MIS to all stakeholders3. Measure productivity achieved and evaluate against the standards (or targets) defined4. Proactively identify, evaluate and create mitigation plans for project risks in consultation with all stakeholders5. Ensure timely & comprehensive communication to all stakeholders on project progress & other techno-commercial issues6. Ensure collaboration and proper communication across various external & internal entities in the project (client, consultant, management, design team, production team, project team, document controller and others) PRB
