Lead our end-to-end product design efforts in our mission to build the best ever consumer crypto product experience. You will build and scale our design team (currently 1 UX designer) and manage the entire product suite - Chrome extension and mobile apps on multiple chains. This is a hybrid role that requires you to combine hands on work with solid people management skills. We recently closed a $3.2 million Private Sale that was co-led by Pantera Capital & CoinFund and also saw participation from Arrington Capital, Accel, Terraform Labs including several stellar angels.Ideal Candidate :1-3 years experience designing consumer products in high growth environments with an IC background, can balance high level about product strategy with hands-on work and act with speed & precision, can drive strong culture.Expertise and/or formal education in design and its elements of hierarchy, layout, colour, proportion, balance, typography.A strong portfolio demonstrating their passion for the craft.Understanding of HTML, CSS, web frameworks.Experience with building teams and design systems (preferably at a consumer startup).Thrives within a cross-discipline team in a remote environment.Has knowledge and experience in the blockchain/web3 space.Benefits :Competitive CTC on par with market along with ESOPs/Tokens Remote work & flexible work-hours that suit you Flexible time off Ability for you to influence what other perks you want to see be provided PRB
