What is this position about?
This position requires a strong understanding and knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including System Center, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop and involves managing global deployment systems, providing support and driving IT projects. You would be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and deployment of desktop environments across the organization, while also supporting business-related requirements and IT teams globally.
Responsibilities:
Autonomous design, development and management of the corporate desktop
Consulting, design and management of business-related requirements to the corporate desktop
Selection and management of necessary IT-tools and applications
Development, management and maintenance of the global deployment system based on Microsoft System Center platform
Development, management and maintenance of the global deployment system based on Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
Consulting, management and maintenance of Windows desktop security in cooperation with the IT security officer
Second and third level support for the infrastructure operations team and site administrators
Support of the IT teams
Project Management of IT-Projects
Selection and management of partners
Manage outsourced Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop service
Your Profile
You are experienced in:
Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and SCCM technology
Creating SCCM task sequences for Windows 11 operating system deployment
Deploying Windows 11 upgrades with SCCM
Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting Autopilot and SCCM environments
Microsoft 365 Office
Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop
ITIL Service Management
You have:
Self-starting and result-oriented personality
Outgoing personality with experience in international and cross-divisional cooperation
Analytical and strategic thinking as well as strong conceptual skills
Commitment with a high willingness to learn and perform
Fluent in written and spoken English
