Distribution Centre Officer ( Taman Sentosa, Klang )

Job Responsibilities

1. Control work processes in the warehouse; storage and sorting parcels. Reduce loss and damage and maximize efficiency.
2. Responsible for checking customer information to ensure accuracy according to standards and on time.
3. Review and prepare reports for daily, weekly, and monthly operations, focusing on parcels with residual delivery problems or related issues and implementing quick fixes to ensure timely delivery.
4. Responsible for the daily earnings summary report and examining the financial system within the responsible branch to assess the performance of day-to-day operations.
5. Perform work and other projects as assigned by supervisor.
