Factory Accounting Manager - Johor Bahru #DLR3#
Responsibilities:- Manage all financial and accounting functions within the business, encompassing management reporting, financial statements, statutory audits, corporate tax, and indirect tax.
- Oversee daily financial processes, including month-end closures, journal reviews, postings, and reconciliations, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and laws, including local statutory and tax requirements, as well as the company's accounting policies.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust accounting systems, internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and optimize operational efficiency.
- Work in partnership with internal and external auditors, regulatory authorities, tax consultants, and other experts on audit, financial, and tax matters.
- Collaborate closely with Management and the Industrial teams to achieve the Group's goals and actively participate in the growth and expansion of the business.
- Minimum Bachelor in Finance and Accounting / CIMA / ACCA / CPA
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- Willing to travel within Johor state as and when required
