Job Description: Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Fiori/UI5 applications to address complex business requirements. Oversee the development of intuitive, responsive, and scalable user interfaces within SAP landscapes, using SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 technologies. Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and SAP architects to ensure that the applications meet business goals, improve user experience, and align with SAP best practices. Lead and mentor the Fiori/UI5 development team, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and development standards. Provide guidance on complex technical challenges, ensuring that Fiori/UI5 solutions meet specific business requirements. Design and develop custom Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and other related technologies (e.g., OData services, Fiori Elements, Fiori Launchpad). Develop custom OData services for seamless data integration between SAP backend systems and frontend applications. Conduct feasibility analysis for the development of custom Fiori/UI5 applications. Architect, design, and document the technical solution for Fiori/UI5 applications. Design and develop integration solutions using SAP Gateway, OData services, REST APIs, or Web Services. Troubleshoot and optimize backend integration processes to improve performance and ensure reliability. Ensure that all Fiori/UI5 applications are designed with a focus on user experience (UX), adhering to SAP's UX guidelines. Work with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces. Continuously review and improve the usability and responsiveness of Fiori/UI5 applications. Implement best practices for efficient development. Share knowledge and best practices within the team. Skill Set and Experience: Designing and building applications consistent with the SAP Fiori Application Architecture. Strong exposure in developing user-centric interfaces, optimizing web performance, and integrating SAP systems. Experience in incorporating dynamic UI content creation to ensure responsive UI5 applications. Hands-on experience on SAP NetWeaver ABAP Stack environments. Experience with development tools like Web IDE and SAP UI5 tools for eclipse. Experience with 3 or more SAP implementation projects.
