Director Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management

The Director of Planning & Inventory Management will lead end-to-end planning, inventory optimization, and forecasting strategies to ensure seamless supply chain operations across our global semiconductor manufacturing network. This role is critical in aligning supply chain functions with production demands, minimizing stockouts and excess, and driving efficiency in material availability across Asia and the USA. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic planning and inventory management policies across the global supply chain.
• Lead global demand forecasting and production planning to ensure timely and cost-effective material supply.
• Oversee the optimization of inventory levels to balance production continuity with cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing plants, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of supply and demand.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy and supply chain responsiveness.
• Lead initiatives for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation in inventory management systems.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics including inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and supply chain efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory management, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industries.
• Advance experience using Kinaxis is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing global, cross-functional teams and complex supply chain operations.
• Strong expertise in demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain planning tools, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education, Certifications, Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
