Job Details: Job Description:

  1. Provides technical support for solutions that incorporate one or more Intel products and technologies, drives solution design ensuring time to market readiness, transforms opportunities to design and production wins, and enables ecosystem and industry partners for platform solution readiness.
  2. Develops and implements product design, development, and validation tools and provides technical and issue resolution support during development, testing, and production.
  3. Evaluates, designs, and develops new software and hardware fixtures and utilizes tools during project deployment to validate and optimize product quality and performance.
  4. Creates product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes, and other supporting technical collateral.
  5. Delivers product training/workshops to resolve ECG customers' inquiries, demo, and PoC staging. Collaborates and enables internal and external silicon, hardware, and software teams to deliver the latest products in the market.
  6. Partners with customer R&D and manufacturing to ensure smooth product ramp through integrating customer DFx requirements, mitigating customer factory challenges, delivering product training, and providing health oversight with rapid technical support and systematic improvement action. Delivers vertical segment's use case support.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Platform HW design, application engineering, and/or Intel IA validation.
  2. Experience in platform HW design, application engineering, and/or Intel IA validation.
  3. Familiar with embedded systems, computer system/board designs.
  4. Experience in open-source OS and modern scripting language.
  5. Experience in Network/Ethernet Interface debug/validation.
  6. Technical Documentation, Technical Requirement Definition, and Design.
  7. Customer Support, troubleshooting, and good communication skills.
  8. Familiar with circuit design/circuit theory, understanding of electrical components and characteristics.
  9. Familiar/Hands-on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, analyzers, multimeter).
  10. Excellence in English communication (verbal and written) with the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Silicon Design Engineers/Architects, Validation Engineers, and Customers).
