Job Description :We are seeking an experienced OSM Developer with 3-7 years of expertise in Oracle Service Management (OSM) solutions. - The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in telecommunications services (Wireless, Cable, DSL, VoIP, POTS, IPTV, and Enterprise) and a proven ability to design and implement OSM-oriented solutions. - Proficiency in JAVA, J2EE, and related technologies is essential, along with hands-on experience in OSM tools, integrations, and processes. Key Responsibilities : - Independently design and implement quality solutions for OSM-oriented projects. - Develop workflows for orchestration, decomposition, fulfillment patterns, and static processes. - Model cartridges using Design Studio and manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems. - Configure and manage OSM features, including rules, tasks, order change management, and fulfillment patterns. - Implement and optimize workflows for order management and orchestration. Ensure seamless interaction between OSM and external systems for end-to-end fulfillment. - Use OSM Administrator Client for deployment and management of configurations. - Work on bridging and SAF configurations in WebLogic Administration. - Write and maintain code using JAVA, J2EE, SQL, PLSQL, SOAP, and related technologies. - Utilize XSLT and XQUERY for data transformation and querying. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integrations and processes.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including upstream and downstream system teams, to ensure smooth integrations. - Document design, implementation, and configuration details for reference and compliance. Skills :- Good knowledge of telecommunications services, including Wireless, Cable, DSL, VoIP, POTS, IPTV, and Enterprise services. - Strong hands-on experience with OSM features such as Orchestration, Decomposition, Fulfillment Patterns, Workflows, Rules, and Order Change Management. - Proficiency in OSM Design Studio Cartridge Modeling. - Programming expertise in JAVA, J2EE, SOAP, SQL, XSLT, XQUERY. - Experience in WebLogic Administration and Oracle RDBMS with PLSQL programming. - Experience with OSM Administrator Client. - Familiarity with bridging configurations, SAF configurations, and middleware integrations. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or similar platforms. - Exposure to advanced OSM features and customization techniques.
