- Resource Management : Lead the planning, allocation, and optimization of regional resources, including staff, subcontractors, and workshare partners, to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Technical Oversight : Ensure all production outputs, including drawings and models, meet RBG’s technical standards and client expectations.
- Workflow Optimization : Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and adopt best practices in project delivery.
- Team Leadership : Support the professional development of staff through technical training, mentorship, and performance management.
- Client Engagement : Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Digital Integration : Collaborate with BIM and VDC leaders to integrate advanced digital production methodologies into projects, enhancing delivery outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive innovation in delivery practices, keeping abreast of emerging trends and technologies to maintain RBG’s competitive edge.
- Compliance and Reporting : Ensure adherence to RBG’s policies, procedures, and quality management systems while providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Substantial experience in production management within the engineering or construction sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in 2D/3D production and modeling software.
- Strong understanding of BIM, VDC, and other digital delivery tools and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in production delivery.
