Job description ABOUT THE JOB Drive cost transformation initiatives for utility programs, ensuring timely implementation and accurate reporting. Conduct detailed risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies for project governance. Lead energy efficiency programs aligned with global energy conservation and Singapore Energy Act regulations. Oversee the implementation of site energy monitoring systems to boost sustainability. Develop and manage long-term strategic energy capital projects for continuous improvement. Conduct energy audits, evaluate opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions. Promote site-wide energy awareness and conservation programs among all stakeholders. Network with global energy teams, government entities, and subject matter experts to integrate innovative energy-saving technologies. Collaborate with maintenance teams to enhance equipment performance and align with energy goals. Manage utility budgets and track performance against conservation targets, ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines. ABOUT YOU Proven expertise in energy conservation technologies and risk-based decision-making. Advanced knowledge of engineering budgets and planning engineering activities. Experience with cGMP standards and the ability to implement solutions ensuring compliance. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on creative and impactful solutions. Demonstrated project management expertise for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; a master's degree is a plus. Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) certification is preferred. At least 2 years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or consultancy roles. Exceptional communication and team leadership capabilities. Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and execute plans effectively.
