Key Responsibilities : -Client Acquisition & Engagement : Build strong relationships with businesses, understand their communication challenges, and propose tailored solutions. -Sales Goal Management : Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets using proven strategies. -Product Expertise : Stay up-to-date with MyOperator's product features and confidently present them to clients. -Consultative Selling : Analyze client requirements and offer solutions that optimize their communication systems. -Market Insights : Track industry trends and share valuable feedback with the team to improve sales strategies. What We're Looking For : -Experience : Minimum of 6 months in sales or relevant internship experience (B2B experience is a plus). -Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills. -Motivation & Drive : A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. -Tech Awareness : Basic familiarity with CRM tools (training provided). -Location : Must be willing to work from our Noida Sector 2 office.
