Quality Control Team Lead

About Company Our client, headquartered in Henan, China, specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of automotive fuel pump assemblies. Job Responsibilities

1. Lead quality assurance and control activities for overseas customers, ensuring compliance with agreed standards and requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters for international customers.
4. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve product quality issues.
5. Ensure alignment with company policies and international quality regulations.
6. Monitor and report key quality metrics, delivering actionable insights for process enhancement.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma / Bachelor / Master / PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or any relevant field.
2. Able to be based in China.
3. Understanding of overall automotive parts manufacturing.
4. Able to work independently and is a good team player.
5. Leadership skills will be an advantage.
6. Experienced with quality control.
7. Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
8. Mature, pro-active, independent, analytical, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional departments.
10. Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
