Project/Maintenance Supervisor (Based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya)
NuEnergy Holdings Berhad is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and is actively involved in the solar renewable energy business. The company is expanding and we are now hiring a Maintenance Supervisor . Responsibilities:- Site visit to identify the issues and rectify them.
- Organize, monitor, and control the collection and ensure proper update of historical records for the performances, solar generation data, measures, and performances.
- Assist in any customer complaints, breakdowns, faults & troubleshooting activities.
- Record and document maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance metrics.
- Report any major issues or incidents to supervisors and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of parts, tools, and materials used during maintenance and repairs.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply, and training will be provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Malaysia as required.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage a team under tight project timelines.
