Responsibilities
- Make sure the plant equipment operates in stable condition through maintenance activity.
- Plan and manage the execution of maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
- Maintain asset integrity through daily maintenance and planned shutdowns.
- Manage the budget through manpower planning, detailed maintenance schedules, and proper execution.
- Ensure all related parties involved follow the quality control procedure and OCIM safety regulations.
- Create long-term maintenance strategies that align with organizational goals and operational requirements.
- Design and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for equipment and machinery.
- Review work procedures and specifications. Observe and maintain ISO 9001 standards.
- Evaluate maintenance practices and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and spare parts.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize maintenance efficiency and minimize operational costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and safety.
- Conduct new CAPEX projects that affect the performance of maintenance activities.
- Conduct post-performance analysis of completed projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Military service or exempted.
- Must not be disqualified for overseas business travel.
- Intermediate level in English.
- Experience in chemical plants is preferred.
- Experience in maintenance of rotating/fixed machinery, piping, etc.
- Work experience of 10 years and above is required.
- Preferably Korean.
- Living allowance support.
