Maintenance Planning Manager (Korean)

Responsibilities

1. Make sure the plant equipment operates in stable condition through maintenance activity.
2. Plan and manage the execution of maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
3. Maintain asset integrity through daily maintenance and planned shutdowns.
4. Manage the budget through manpower planning, detailed maintenance schedules, and proper execution.
5. Ensure all related parties involved follow the quality control procedure and OCIM safety regulations.
6. Create long-term maintenance strategies that align with organizational goals and operational requirements.
7. Design and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for equipment and machinery.
8. Review work procedures and specifications. Observe and maintain ISO 9001 standards.
9. Evaluate maintenance practices and processes to identify areas for improvement.
10. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and spare parts.
11. Allocate resources effectively to maximize maintenance efficiency and minimize operational costs.
12. Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and safety.
13. Conduct new CAPEX projects that affect the performance of maintenance activities.
14. Conduct post-performance analysis of completed projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Military service or exempted.
• Must not be disqualified for overseas business travel.
• Intermediate level in English.
• Experience in chemical plants is preferred.
• Experience in maintenance of rotating/fixed machinery, piping, etc.
• Work experience of 10 years and above is required.
• Preferably Korean.
