Senior Executive / Executive Quality Assurance

To conduct regular visits to stores for audit purposes.

• Run through audit checklist for each store.
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results.
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures.
• Act as an objective source of an independent review on store performance.
• Conduct investigative work where necessary.
• Conduct audits on suppliers.
• Conduct Food Safety related training.

Qualifications:

• Preferably Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with other team members with excellent communication and management skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Candidate must have Food Quality Assurance background.
• Internal Auditor Knowledge on GMP, MesTI, HACCP, or FSSC.
• Must have SQC/QSC/QA audit experience for QSR/Chained Stores.
• Candidate with Certified Food Handler Trainer or similar background is an added advantage.
• Halal Executive certified (Optional).
