Job Responsibilities: Lead and drive business growth in the SEA region. Align sales strategy with the company’s long-term vision. Focus on creating customer value and building lasting relationships. Motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. Develop and manage budgets and business plans. Set and track ambitious sales targets for stores, retail networks, and dealer partnerships. Drive performance with innovative sales strategies. Enhance brand visibility and meet business goals. Create KPIs and incentive programs to motivate teams. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies. Forecast sales and support partners with stock and product allocation. Lead promotions and work with teams to exceed targets. Oversee P&L for the SEA region and ensure financial goals are met. Negotiate dealer agreements and foster long-term partnerships. Represent the company at industry events to support sales and growth initiatives. Job Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in senior management. Experience managing retail networks and directly operated stores. Strong client focus with proven success in acquiring clients and prospects. Ability to collaborate with Retail, Multi-brand, and E-commerce teams on operations and planning. Strategic, results-driven leader with strong decision-making, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
