About the role Are you an experienced Exhibition Project Manager looking to join a dynamic and creative team? Imperial Exhibits Limited, a leading provider of exhibition and event services, is seeking an talented individual to oversee the successful delivery of our client's exhibition projects in the Central Region. As a full-time Exhibition Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of complex exhibition projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. What you'll be doing Liaise with clients to understand their objectives and requirements for each exhibition project Develop detailed project plans and budgets, and monitor progress against these Coordinate and oversee the work of the in-house design, production and logistics teams Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors and venue staff to ensure seamless delivery Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution stages Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience as an Exhibition Project Manager or similar role Proven track record of successfully delivering complex exhibition projects on time and within budget Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and the internal team Working knowledge of exhibition industry software and technologies Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to challenges Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as event management or project management What we offer At Imperial Exhibits Limited, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
