Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager with a strong background in the Banking Industry to lead our IT service operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 14 years of experience in the IT Industry and 5+ years of experience in the Banking Industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate, and direct IT service operations with teams Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures Provide support and guidance for incident management, problem resolution, and troubleshooting Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of IT service delivery and implement improvements when needed Coordinate and manage IT service projects, including technology implementation and integration Required Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Japanese is preferred Excellent business intelligence, analytic problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and web security Strong attention to details and ability to work independently Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
